Aeromexico has made it easier for the parents of children to travel by providing an option for unaccompanied minors through the facility of unaccompanied minor assistance program. Under this program additional Aeromexico Unaccompanied Minor Fee is charged for extra assistance the minor travelers get who are not accompanied by their parents or guardians. It is necessary for children between the ages of 5 and 17 who are travelling without an adult and are not travelling in a group. An unaccompanied minor is entitled to some privileges like boarding the flight first (preferably with a child escort within 10 years of age), receive boarding card at the beginning of booking, receive priority service at check in desk and boarding gate and, If necessary, be escorted by an airline staff member to their seat on board the aircraft.
